Repeater Maintenance and Upgrading

The IRLP is back up and running on 680 after another trip today to reboot the computer and complete labeling of the mains circuit breaker.
Yesterday after finding that IRLP was down a trip was made to the 680 site, the UPS reset, the mains breaker on the switch board feeding GARC equipment labeled and the unused power supply removed
Last week thanks to Alan I was able to get a lift  to the 690 and digirepeater site for a very short period which did allow checking of all the connections of the digirepeater ( nothing found), replacement of the rotten wood against which the door closes, sealing of the new wooden strip installed and  installation of the spare (from Kaiti Hill) small cavity filters in the digirepeater aerial cable and the input to the 690 receiver which should help with any possible interference to 690 or any other service from the digi. Very pleased to see that apart from a small patch of the roof nearest the bank and half the floor all the rest of the hut was dry with no sign of damp after the previously applied two coats of Febsil to the outside of the hut
